By accessing or using the AcademiaHub website or system, schools and users agree to these Terms & Conditions.
AcademiaHub is a digital platform designed to manage:
Student portfolios
Disciplinary records
School-related updates and records
Schools are responsible for:
Accuracy of data uploaded to the system
Authorising staff access
Compliance with applicable education and data protection laws
Staff members must:
Use authentication codes responsibly
Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
Use the system only for authorised school purposes
AcademiaHub implements a least-privilege access model:
The Principal has full access by default
Additional access may be granted upon request
Unauthorised access attempts are prohibited
AcademiaHub strives to ensure system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to:
Maintenance
Technical issues
External service dependencies
System Setup & Access: R500
Administrative Onboarding Fee: R500
System & Access: R500
Maintenance & Support: R200
Total Monthly Fee: R700
Schools are entitled to a 20-day trial period from the date of system activation.
If onboarding has been fully completed and the school cancels within the trial period:
100% of the administrative onboarding fee is non-refundable
30% of the system setup and access fee is retained by AcademiaHub
All system design, structure, and branding of AcademiaHub remain the intellectual property of AcademiaHub.
AcademiaHub shall not be liable for:
Incorrect data provided by schools
Loss caused by unauthorised access due to user negligence
Indirect or consequential damages
AcademiaHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of:
Misuse of the system
Breach of these Terms & Conditions
AcademiaHub may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa
